These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jlj3 platform, including all products, services, games, and promotions operated under the jlj3.org domain. By accessing jlj3.org, registering an Account, or placing any wager on the jlj3 platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not access, register, or use the jlj3 platform.
Important: Continued use of the jlj3 platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. jlj3 strongly recommends reviewing this Agreement periodically.
This Agreement is entered into between you and jlj3. jlj3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, subject to the notice requirements set out in Section 13. Your acceptance of this Agreement is a prerequisite for the use of any jlj3 service, including but not limited to deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, and withdrawals.
By accepting this Agreement, you additionally confirm that: (a) you are not accessing jlj3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Access to jlj3 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active Account:
Age Verification: jlj3 will require Players to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document confirming their date of birth prior to approving any withdrawal request. jlj3 reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold any balance pending successful age verification at any time.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in the Philippines. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update your Account should any of these details change.
jlj3 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on jlj3 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jlj3 will immediately suspend all associated Accounts upon discovery of duplicate registration and may forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jlj3 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). jlj3 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the timeframe specified by jlj3 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jlj3 customer support. Closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance in a closed Account, net of any pending bonus wagering requirements, will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method upon completion of identity verification.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. jlj3 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close inactive Accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. jlj3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. jlj3 reserves the right to add or remove approved payment methods at its discretion. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount via GCash and PayMaya is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum deposit amount via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is ₱200 per transaction. The minimum deposit amount via Visa or Mastercard is ₱500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the balance to be withdrawn; and (c) the withdrawal being made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. jlj3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.5 No Processing Fees. jlj3 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, and banks) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jlj3 accepts no responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: jlj3 is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations. Unusually large transactions or patterns of transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence, and jlj3 is legally obliged to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
6.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives made available by jlj3 ("Promotions") are subject to this Section and to the specific terms communicated at the time each Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between this Section and specific Promotion terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be specified in the individual Promotion terms. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live casino, bingo, fishing, and sabong — may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless jlj3 explicitly states otherwise, only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new Bonus while a previous Bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier Bonus.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. jlj3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once; using low-risk or mechanical betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements; and collusion with other players to exploit Promotions.
6.5 jlj3 Discretion. jlj3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. No Player acquires any vested right to any Promotion until it has been formally credited to their Account in accordance with the relevant Promotion terms.
7.1 Game Availability. The games available on jlj3 are subject to change at any time without prior notice. jlj3 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, game provider, or game category. Games may be removed from the jlj3 lobby where required by regulatory authorities, game provider agreements, or technical necessity.
7.2 Game Fairness. All random number generator (RNG) games available on the jlj3 platform are supplied by certified game providers whose RNG systems have been independently audited and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed from certified studio facilities and use independently verified shuffling equipment and procedures.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting any game, jlj3 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and to refund the wager placed. jlj3 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from a demonstrable game malfunction. jlj3 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a technical failure outside jlj3's reasonable control.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game on the jlj3 platform is subject to minimum and maximum wager limits that are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing any wager. jlj3 reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.
7.5 Final Decisions. The outcome recorded by jlj3's server-side systems shall be final and binding in all cases of discrepancy between the display on the Player's device and the server record. In all matters of dispute regarding game outcomes, jlj3's server logs shall constitute the authoritative record.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj3 platform. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:
Enforcement: jlj3 employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Accounts suspended immediately. Any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. jlj3 is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where security or fraud concerns are present.
9.1 Policy Commitment. jlj3 is committed to responsible gaming and requires all Players to engage with its services in a manner consistent with responsible gambling principles. Gambling at jlj3 is intended to be a form of entertainment. jlj3 does not condone gambling as a strategy for generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

All content on the jlj3 platform — including but not limited to the jlj3 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, games, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jlj3 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlj3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or redistribute any jlj3 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jlj3 software; use any jlj3 trademark or branding in any manner without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any jlj3 content.
Any unauthorised use of jlj3 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law. jlj3 reserves the right to take immediate action, including seeking injunctive relief, against any infringement of its intellectual property rights.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj3, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlj3 platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses; technical failures; loss of data; interrupted gameplay; or third-party payment processing delays.
11.2 jlj3 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlj3 shall not be responsible for any harm to your device or software caused by accessing the jlj3 platform.
11.3 Where jlj3's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, jlj3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jlj3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 Customer Complaints. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jlj3 Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the jlj3 service, you should first contact the jlj3 customer support team via the live chat function available on jlj3.org. The support team is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in both English and Filipino. jlj3 aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days.
12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the jlj3 customer support team, you may escalate your complaint by contacting jlj3 in writing via the contact email provided in the jlj3 About Us page. jlj3 will conduct a formal review of escalated complaints and respond in writing within ten (10) business days.
12.3 Regulatory Escalation. Where a complaint remains unresolved following jlj3's internal escalation procedure, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. jlj3 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
12.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute against jlj3 shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
jlj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to core Player rights, fee structures, or fundamental gameplay policies — jlj3 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the jlj3 platform not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication on jlj3.org without prior notice.
The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute. You can identify the version of this Agreement that is in force by reference to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Previous versions of this Agreement are available to registered Players on request.
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
jlj3 operates under the gaming authorisation framework established and enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall, limit jlj3's obligations or your rights under applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine consumer protection law.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
